I have listened to lots of motivational speakers, some quite famous over the years, mainly in the USA and I can honestly say Andrew's talks are up there with the best I have heard. His speeches are transformational. He is a brilliant public speaker who I hold in the highest regard. I have personally used Andrew on multiple occasions and the feedback was simply staggering and I highly recommend him as a guest speaker for any event. It is the way that Andrew links stories together with actions, many of these are so simple you're often left wondering why you have never emulated them before. When you're faced with challenges that seem insurmountable his stories and messages will not just get you facing these challenges they will get you motivated to tackle them head on, what before seemed impossible now feels easily within your reach. Andrew has overcome some of the most extreme physical challenges that require the greatest of mindsets to not just complete but to even consider taking those challenges on. He uses the set backs and experience gained from these challenges to motivate his audience and everyone he comes in contact with to make you believe. Andrew is truly the most humble individual you're ever likely to meet accentuated by his own personal achievements. Andrew assisted and motivated one of the teams I was coaching to the greatest success the club had ever achieve in 40 years. Fourth place out of thousands of teams, nationally. It was not just this achievement that sets him apart, it was the life lessons learnt by the team that will serve us so well moving forward. I can truly say this was a game changer. He also supported another team who build schools and an orphanage in South Africa and to this day the team still are motivated by Andrew and are often found quoting him.
